RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges based on change of mind so please think carefully before ordering.

We don't accept order cancellations, once an order is placed, it is final. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have regarding your order as soon as possible at info@sourcedfromthestars.com.au.

If your item arrives damaged or defective*, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ship items back within 5 days of delivery. We will organise a replacement of the same item or to the same value of the item. If this isn’t possible we will organise a full refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, this includes valid tracking.

*Damaged and defective items are determined at our discretion and we will require photo evidence to complete the refund or replacement process.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and AMEX.

As well as flexible payment arrangements through Afterpay, Zip and Laybuy.

Sorry, we do not offer manual payment plans.

Please note that due to the nature of our handmade items we do not allow resale of these items in any way. We also do not allow altering of our items for resale. Enquires regarding resale or reuse of our items are to be directed to our email. info@sourcedfromthestars.com.au
